Pros

Customers were great, but the staff and owners were below par.

Cons

These owners will use you, backstab you and then let you go in the midst of COVID-19 and dispute your unemployment benefits. These people don't care about their employees, just the bottom line. If you're a Flexologist, be prepared to be micro managed.

Pros

Team atmosphere, easy job if your background is in massage.

Cons

Poor management, high turn over rate, no tips, your hourly rate is low, and flex rate seems to be better, but you could make more doing massage or personal training at commission rate. Not a lot of room to grow.
