Don't Waste Your Time

Pros

Not much competition foe work

Cons

Corporate micromanages and controls everything you do. No choice or ability to change the cookie cutter routines. Sales focus and churning members and employees. No benefits, mainly working weekends, and low pay.

Pros

If you’re in your 20s and just trying to stack some experience before or during chiro or PT school, this gig isnt bad. But if that’s not your move, honestly, you’re probably better off working at a gym. One decent perk is you get to do stretches with the flex—if they bother to make time. The pay’s kinda all over though—basically minimum wage for normal hours, but it doubles when you’re stretching.

Cons

Bro, even if you’ve already got recovery certs, you still gotta do theirs. The pay’s not that great, and the benefits are kinda weak. Honestly, if you don’t seriously love what you’re doing, it’s tough to stick around long-term. The manager's got a bit of a rough edge, too direct, and honestly, it doesn't really work in this industry. That kind of approach just doesn't vibe well.
