The President of StretchLab is great. Most of the corporate office is! However everything depends on the franchise location and the owners so there’s no way to know specifics on the location’s compensation, culture, or expectations ahead of an interview.

Cons

Compensation and all other decisions are decided by the owner of the franchise location not corporate, so make sure to ask lots of questions in the interview to make sure their expectations line up with anything you’ve read about StretchLab before.

Easy to apply, decent pay, ease of job duties - - ENTICING RIGHT?! …

Drama, over promised hours & benefits COMPLETELY LIES…. Highly unprofessional. The process was great from the offer letter till the day before the start date. The promise of hiring and hype was abruptly interprupted that first shift as the hiring manager was fired the day before I actually started. This is whom I arranged a schedule with, job title, room for moving up the company chain, even health benefits promises ALL THROWN OUT THE WINDOW! horrible owners , go to any other stretchlab
