Pros

Great training to get started! Supportive team and atmosphere! I loved working with clients each day. Flexible schedule and supportive management made it easy to get things covered. The service offered is great, so it makes it easy to sell the product when the service speaks for itself. It truly is what you make of it. My books were completely full after 1 month of working here. This was one of my most favorite places to work!

Cons

Physical! It is all physically taxing, so you have to take care of your body. We had some issues with clients being inappropriate and making inappropriate comments, and I wish management would have handled it differently. Sometimes the company emphasizes getting new clients into memberships too much, so clients that are still in the system or with longer programs can get pushed aside by new clients.
