Great Manager. Not So Great Ownees

Pros

Arrange your own schedule and tips given sometimes. The Manager is a super star and advocates well for her employees. She can relate well and considers the best interest of her employees.

Cons

The owners are out of touch with the priorities and needs of the studio, employees, and members. They have unrealistic expectations and their level of understanding of their employees is sub par.
