Pros

The ability to have flexible schedule is nice

Cons

- It's demanding work, be ready for aches and pains especially if you plan on 15 hours or more of 'stretching' clients - Low pay for the type of work. Similar body therapy work gets around double of starting stretch lab pay. - No opportunities for growth. Zero. You'll just get overworked to get the franchise owner more clients/$$$

Pros

-Owners have no idea what they are doing or anything about bodywork and stretching -clients are cool

Cons

-Owners are mean, demeaning, unmotivating, and decide to withhold commission checks as they see fit -your performance will not be celebrated, you will only be told what you are doing wrong -low pay -no benefits -not paid on time

Pros

Team atmosphere, easy job if your background is in massage.

Cons

Poor management, high turn over rate, no tips, your hourly rate is low, and flex rate seems to be better, but you could make more doing massage or personal training at commission rate. Not a lot of room to grow.
