Pros
Fun job, you get to help people reach goals and have fun while doing it. The concept is great and you have a lot of growing potential
Cons
The management at the time of my employment was the reason I left. There were no boundaries when it came to PTO requests and would make you feel bad about needing to be off. I will not get into how there would be sudden personnel changes if a Flexologist expressed an opinion other than management.
