Flexible schedule that you can set. Very relaxed athmosphere.

Cons

It gets exhausting after a couple clients. Pay is not the best in comparison with what the clients pay the studio.

Okay money, nice coworkers, nice clients, semi flexible schedule.

Cons

There’s no administrative support to find new clients, feels very corporate, no health insurance, no nearby parking, six month contract where you’re working off the cost of training, non transferable skill.
