Pros

Great once out of college and for the hands on and interpersonal skills you could gain. Usually the staff is fun and chill. Pay ain't bad overall.

Cons

Scheduling became less flexible, Growth in the company isn't as promoted so it doesn't feel supported. Full time is said at first, but it's merely impossible unless you're doing work off the benches to make it full time. Can be very tiring by the end of the week if you plan on working 5 days a week for 6+ hours a shift.

Pros

fun, relaxed atmosphere, nice co-workers, good perks like stretches in between clients or on breaks, and getting to use the Hypervolt or other equipment. Also getting discounts on products/apparel in store. Public events are fun. Clients are usually friendly and want to get better. The pay isn't bad, but for me, being a smaller stature, it was really hard to make a lot because it was physically draining.

Cons

The pay isn't bad, but for me, being a smaller stature, it was really hard to make a lot because it was really exhausting. Especially stretching some large males who were 6'5 and etc. When I was there there was no breakroom, just a tiny back room to put your items and sit down once in a while, but no privacy from clients as the bathrooms are through this room as well. Stretchlab is very expensive so clients can become angry or upset if they feel they are overpaying, overcharged, or missed an appt, and sometimes that can come back on you as well.

Pros

-Depending on location, the work environment can be great or not so great. Managers/owners play a huge role in making work a neutral or negative work place. - Clients can be friendly/interesting people

Cons

- Exhausting work - low pay for the amount of physical labor - body aches
