Pros

Allows for a flexible schedule, excellent success seeing clients improve from a health standpoint and mobility. Opportunity to learn a lot between social media marketing, sales, management, development of business and staff training.

Cons

Not enough salary pay considering all the responsibilities to manage the studio. Open 7 days per week, late nights until 8 pm and mornings potentially starting at 7 am. Expected to develop the business, sustain it, train employees, and rely upon sales commissions to arrive at the pay needed.

Pros

Decent pay for the work expected. Flexible. Nice when it works for people.

Cons

Felt a little weird about pushing sales when stretching may or may not be what somebody needs, especially for older people or with medical issues. You want the sale for the bonus but what if it will aggravate rather than benefit?

Pros

You can grow with the organization if you demonstrate a passion for helping others and take the time to expand your knowledge/education. Hours are very flexible. The teams in studio are amazing: always willing to help both in terms of brainstorming member training programs, dividing in studio tasks. Pay is fair.

Cons

Building your book of business can be challenging when first hired.
