Pros

The flexologist are great to work with

Cons

Violation of contracts, owner seems to have shiny object syndrome, she can’t ever keep things straight, the business is failing yet she’s rising prices? Very high turnover. If you are schedule to have a day off because the business is closed, she’ll tell you you should still be working. On your days off she will blow your phone up with many different text message threads.

Pros

Management and owner work very hard to think of their employees and clients first. All holidays off. Good pay for something kind of entry-level. (Typically requiring an associates, current pursuit of education, or Peronsal training cert.) Kind and understanding people. Flexibility of work hours, schedule, and days requested off. Great student job, but also great job in general.

Cons

No benefits would be the only con

Pros

Good pay structure, get commission on stretches on top of base pay.

Cons

Books can get full months in advance, be ready to ask for days off very early.
