Pros

Meeting the employees and customers

Cons

Pay is low, work level is high. Expected to work at an owners level getting paid less than. Management can be unprofessional. It’s all about sales and churning out as many customers as possible. Doesn’t matter if there is room for them to book with someone consistently or not

Just awful.

Pros

Some of the clients are nice.

Cons

Management is MIA, and also a creep. Employees are in physical pain. Illegal schedule changes without proper notice. Business model is incredibly irresponsible - two days of training to take peoples physical health into your hands? Hourly pay looks decent but full-time basically doesn't happen (it would be too physically demanding). No benefits. There are clients who really shouldn't be receiving stretches due to injury/limitation, but turning them away is not an option. Sales tactics are OBNOXIOUS and push customers away.
