The owners are terrible. They don't want to support you and when you need them you get in trouble for it. They act like your a constant bother and tell you your underqualified every time you ask a question. They are very fake nice though. Then they underpay you by more than 10 thousand dollars per year. You're the only full time employee so benefits aren't an option either. They don't provide you with a lunch break or even a 15 to go sit in the back. No office is provided and you can't work from home either. They expect you to do a salary job restrained to hourly and if you need to work extra, be prepared to do it for free off the clock. There's a reason they went through 3 GMs in under one year.
