Pros

Some cont-ed from both stretchlab and hyperice. Meet a lot of different people with all the variety of clients you stretch.

Cons

Same pay with no raises or incentives to stay with the company. Management cares more about getting more sessions booked regardless of the client or feedback from the flex. Some people don't need to come twice a week for 50/min after being there for 6 months. High turnover rate from a lot of employees. If you have a happy workplace culture, don't change it in the name of efficiency, you'll lose your employees.

Pros

There are no pros here

Cons

HIPAA violations including no privacy and no confidenciality. Based on dubious and incorrect science that is easily disproved with a Google search. No insurance. No malpractice shelter. Diagnosis that isn't a diagnosis and treatment that is the same for everyone regardless of health status. Help is contingent on membership level meaning the more money paid the more actual help is provided. Pay is well below industry standards.
