Pros

Clean & you sit most of the time.

Cons

This is a very masculine /cold approach to wellness. It feels like if a frat tech bro decided to make a business for some side cash. Poor branding and outdated approach to sales. They want you to constantly cold call people to sell memberships that range from $150 to $400 a month. You can find smaller independent studios that will pay you more for front desk and have a human-centered business.
