Pros

Learned some new stretches and body anatomy.

Cons

Taking an entire course with no outside credit, lots of information to memorize and be tested on, 2-day 8 hour workshop, high demand to work more hours even tho i was only part time, required to stay at least 6 months or will be billed $900, took it very personal when i quit.

Pros

The company as a whole seems fine, aside from the refusal to acknowledge issues with their franchise owners.

Cons

Suzanne Ely does not care about her employees or clients. She consistently messes up payroll, feels that everyone is replaceable (shown by the fact that I was the 6th GM in a 12 month period), and micromanages by watching cameras in the studios constantly. The culture she has created within her studios is toxic.
