Pros

Little oversight or micromanagement, simple daily tasks, earn commission on sales, low stress enviroment, flexible hours

Cons

Call-center esque, be prepared to call 40-70 people daily. Leads are technically warm leads, but many people don't remember inquiring.

Pros

Helping people with their ROM and quality of life was very rewarding.

Cons

They lock you into a year of employment before your training is fully paid for. Extremely high staff turnover even with that. Benefits, breaks, and any perks were stripped away to give the owners a bigger cut. I question the legality of their actions. Pay increases were a joke or non-existent. It was a part time position that the owners wanted you to treat as a full time job with no respect to available hours. I was told by management, from the owners, that if I wanted to take 3 weeks off for my wedding and honeymoon, that my job was not secure when I got back. I informed management of this when I was hired about a year prior. They gave me that news a few months before I got married. These particular owners say they care about the people there but they don’t.
