Pros

Feedback is provided concisely, honestly, and in the spirit of improvement. Personal schedules are taken into account and respected. It’s great to work with like-minded, motivated individuals.

Cons

When I was first employed, we were transitioning into the Willow Glen studio opening. Training was fun because I was able to take part in the promotional process, but it was stressful at times and very fast paced for a new employee. I went into it with no past sales experience, so this was expected.

Pros

good way to learn sales

Cons

pay is terrible for the amount of work there is and what you need to know to succeed in this job, not bad as a part time gig but dont rely on this place for a living

Pros

It’s great if you like small business perks and enjoy witnessing clients reach their wellness goals

Cons

Working for a small business leads to being micromanaged by the owner unless you get lucky having a great owner. And the pay sucks as a sales associate
