Pros
Not many. If you want a steady check all you need to do is show up and do your job. Turnover is over 60% so if you show up when scheduled, do what you;re asked to do you will always have a job.
Cons
HOURS! If you're a salaried manager forget the projections. I was projected at 50 and my last 6 weeks averaged 90+. They frequently cut labor hours to get managers to do the work. If I wanted two full time jobs I would have just went out and got two full time jobs.
