A constructive work enviroment.

Pros

Fun work enviroment. They take time to train you and build your skills. You and those you work with take pride in the products you create. You get free access to a quality gym located on site. regular office parties, and food that help keep office spirits high.

Cons

Projects can get changed midway and you have to be able to adapt accordingly. Top brass sit above you on the second story looking in on the employees and teams below giving the impression of being in a fish bowl and like you have someone looking over your back.

Pros

It's a great company with a great culture. StrongMind encourages a good work/life balance that helps the bottom line.

Cons

It's in Chandler. So if you live anyplace else, the commute can be a pain. But the ability to occasionally work from home, helps.

Pros

I was given freedom in the way that I worked and wasn't micromanaged. Coworkers were great to work with.

Cons

Upper management often didn't seem to care about concerns raised. The different departments also have a very difficult time communicating and working with each other but they were taking steps to improve that at the time I left.
