      Pros

      Work schedules are flexible, management treats you like a professional and allows you to be creative, and the atmosphere is fast-paced and fun. So far, from what I have seen, the pay is at least industry standard if not better. Everyone here is an expert in their field, so getting quality work from others to incorporate in your projects is no problem.

      Cons

      Everyone is super busy, so it can be tough to collaborate at times. The deadlines can be daunting as well but are definitely attainable.
