      So much turnover is a bright red flag that I ignored, but learned my lesson

      Pros

      You can get away with slacking and a lack of real skill and knowledge. Integrity is of no concern either. Enjoy!

      Cons

      There is no future here unless, well, I'm not sure. Experts need not apply. The management team has no integrity. Be quiet, do what your told, do no more than what little is expected, or else. The top people earned their titles simply by being there the longest. They do not follow best practices. There is bug infestation and outage after outage. Obviously February 2013 is when many were asked to write positive reviews.

The stability of our systems has greatly improved in the past weeks and the overall climate in the development team is greatly improved. Our new CTO is updating process and making great improvements. We are excited of our next steps.

      Pros

      I enjoyed a lot of the employees at FlipSwitch, both at Primavera Online and on the development side.They support a company sports team. Most the technology is up to date and the office accommodations are fair. I had some wonderful leaders at one point but eventually they were all terminated and replaced.

      Cons

      CEO changes company direction frequently. Executive leadership is unaware of employee activity/responsibilities They watch everything people do Unprofessional leadership There was a time when new ideas and innovation were welcomed at this company. Over the past year several executive leaders were removed from the company. I personally saw some shady activity in the way they managed their data systems and fulfilled customer requests to manipulate data on their servers. People who don't challenge leadership in any way will do well at FlipSwitch.

Our new CTO is building collaborative and cross-functional teams. We have a great team and excited about the future.

      Pros

      Cohesive and collaborative teams. Passion for making a quality, engaging, product. Our teams have won many awards including Emmys and Codies. The management adjusts quickly and with foresight to the changing demands in this competitive field. I keep an eye on the open positions and recommend friends to apply. I love working here.

      Cons

      The company is experiencing rapid growth and that may cause some who lack the ability to adapt or lack the passion about our product to fail.
