It is a good company to work for. It pay higher salary and benefit than other company in the market. The company culture is also good. You will have oppotunites to improve yourselft by attending some internal training in domestic and abroad.

Cons

Should invest more budget to improve technical service in small markets.

A company that has no culture but doing anything to make their customer happy. Their managers that are hiding behind their laptops can throw you under the bus just to cover their failure. So just be careful before you make a decision to leave you current job and decide to work for this company!!
