Management is outstanding. Very Compassionate and personable. The company treats you like a person and not just a number. Home/Family like is outstanding. They actually push for you to be home and be with your family. They give you free breakfast, lunch and dinners and very generous in the amount they give you. The benefits are outstanding and they pay for the majority if not all of the Premiums. Outstanding training and support. The pervided tools are great and they encourage you to purchase additional tools as you wish or of your liking. Fully company paid. If you need time off, they fully are understanding and supportive. If you have to travel for work, they encourage you to stay in nice/comfortable lodging. The products you work on are life changing for the people using them. Very rewarding career. Highly recommend 👌.
