People & culture are fantastic ever since I joined Stryker. The 1st day, I talked with every single team members and they are awesome. Everyone was supportive and I thought we would create synergy.

Cons

Work load. The 1st day, I had tons of virtual meetings and E-mails. I am getting used it but still alot. I have had average 2 problems a day and quite tight to do the field service since the 2nd day. But it has been interesting experience I think. Also, there are some complicated process. Besides that, everthing is fantastic.
