It’s a big company that seemingly sloshes cash around, but that might not be a fair assessment. Stryker is always on the move and making seemingly educated adjustments on the fly, that always seems to work out for the company. For someone who’s always worried about where they fit in the larger scheme of things, you’ll constantly worry. The company thrives on driven personalities and actively seeks them out.

I cant say anything bad about Stryker. In a career spanning over 30 years I have never found a company to be "bad". In my experience it was more common that a bad supervisor caused a lot of resignations or strife and then a bad culture existed. I have worked for both Hi Tech Multinationals and SMB and it was the same experience in both types of company. One bad egg gives a company a bad image.
