      Pros

      NIce people, everyone is respectful, the company policies are fair, management listens to your concerns, fair salary, good benefits, very safe, management does small things for employees on a regular basis such as bringing in food.

      Cons

      Out dated computer equipment in my area which slows down production, some areas are really hot.

      A lot of favoritism and poor management. The people that are in those positions shouldn’t be.
