      Stryker is a great place to work in because of their culture and values. Their benefits and the opportunity to grow within the company.

      Cons

      The menu of the cafeteria is not the best. Wish they had more healthy options.

      Pros

      Great long term job to start out with. Room for growth if you out in the hard work. Recommend for those coming out of trade school or even white collar guys in accountant

      Cons

      Like most other jobs politics plays a big part in your experience. I’d say okay your cards right and you will do fine.

      Good company to work for could be one of the best if they wanted to.

      Cons

      Most managers cannot preform the job they manage over but yet they want to tell how to work. Also no respect for Senior employees sadly there are a lot of cut throat’s who will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat too much favoritism. This company could be the best company on the planet if they really wanted to.
