Work life balance is good. Free food.

Cons

Stryker India is different from Stryker global. It’s only a service centre. Most of mangers lack vision. They have narrow mindset and sense of insecurity. Employees will not be allowed to change team at any cost. Managers fight a lot at time of team change of employee, because they do not have any other work. HR system is ineffective and dishonest. Great place to work tag looks bogus!!!
