Interpersonal relationships are highly valued Latest technology and processes used across multiple lines Plenty of support in what ever area you may be in Testing, research and validation are very important and no decision comes without homework being done

There's a lot to learn in a short amount of time Time management is a must Learning to trust the process and others for work getting done may be a new feeling to some Working in the medical field comes with plenty of red tape for any process changes
