Pros
Good individuals to work with. Mostly genuine hard working people. Benefits are good. Bonus and Shares are good, Payrise could be better! Work from home set up is good.
Cons
You really hit the ground running. First 6 months are difficult getting set up. Managers are usually too busy to give proper support, therefore leaving you chasing different departments for valid inputs. Every department seems to be short on headcount, so high pressure and workload. They are slow to produce contracts leading to high turnover of staff and valuable knowledge lost for petit reasons.
