Pros

N/A. Other than benefits that are OK.

Cons

Generally underpaid in a high cost of living environment with a high level of responsibilities. Compensation does not compare to similar jobs in industry. Company is not as concerned with Quality and Ethics as they pretend to be. As long as an employee can "talk the talk" but can't "walk the walk" they will do well. Inconsistency with regard to job titles and responsibilites.

Pros

If you are hired as an FTE then you will have good benifits.

Cons

They will clean the house with organizational changes and drop you at a moment's notice. It is not a stable job if you have a family, bills, or a mortgage. All they care about is money int their pockets. They do not stick to their "values" and will rush into things to make more money. They emphasize that they care about quality and their people, but the thing that they do not tell you is that they are talking about board members. They do not care about the people that are on the floor making them rich and they see you as just a number. They will also only give opportunities to family and friends, not people who are qualified for the position. There is no diversity, it is just a boys club.

Pros

Opportunity to network, job security if you're not planning to move up, the name Stryke looks good on resumes (+) things about this role: 1) a sense of purpose: you make sure the equipment runs as smoothly in the operating room and troubleshoot + learning what goes into sterile processing. 2) the role gives you a chance to get an exposure to the medical devices industry, especially if you're planning to go into med sales (networking with sales reps, surgeons, nurses, etc)

Cons

Very difficult to climb up the ladder from Onsite, Even as an internal candidate you still have to go through 5-6 rounds of Gallup (-): Frat/sorority house MANAGEMENT mentality with terrible ethics who have no idea what they're doing and don't know how to lead. Internal mobility heavily based on popularity and looks rather than performance and experience. There is more to life than being a former D1 athlete...
