      Pros

      Flexible, supports professional growth. Great company. Supply chain is at 6/10. Lots of low hanging fruits so you can use it climb up really fast. Somewhat diverse at management level.

      Cons

      Too much movement among team. Lack maturity in retaining staff at corporate level. 401k Vesting-100% after 4 years. ESPP is at 5%. No stock options for non director level positions.

      Nothing, go work for cardinal.

      Cons

      Rude recruiters. Bad hiring culture- you need two years of experience regardless of how talented you are. Bad management- see above… most people are overqualified and underpaid and that is how stryker does business.

      Pros

      - Strong company culture of consistently high-performing individuals - work and career flexibility ( go from sales -> regulatory -> contracts -> marketing) - you'll end up with a whole wardrobe of swag - challenging, high expectations keep things interesting. - leverage immense scale and buying power of Stryker.

      Cons

      - a bit of a cult - poor pay and financial incentives compared to other companies - M&A focus leaves a hole in technological competencies over time - a significant amount of HR control (good luck with inflation-based raises) - you must be at least 6' and an athlete to ride
