1. Poor leadership 2. Excessive turnover 3. No path to succeed within this team or organization 4. Passive aggressive leadership that stabs each other in the back. Too political 5. Just look at how often these jobs are posted. They can't keep good people. 6. HR is insincere and childish. They play games that hurt people and drive them out.

The most vicious, nasty place I ever worked. I've worked at "tough" companies, e.g. Dell & Apple, but this place is even worse. It's like a frat, if you're 'in' you can do no wrong, but if not you're doomed
