-Great benefits -Perks like swag and free lunches -well-being programs with bonuses for active/fit lifestyles -Outstanding level of competence of employees -Great corporate culture -Employee retention - they want you to advance within the company -$$ paychecks -"dress for your day" dress code -great offices/facilities -new gym on site -Work life balance

Cons

-The interview process is tough. If you know yourself and go into interviews with confidence and prepared, you can make it. -People are expected to perform. If you want a job you can coast along in, Stryker is not for you.

Pros

Great benefits package with good medical and 401k. Great culture IF ur in the right group (see cons) and in the right location (California is great, Kalamazoo and NJ are less great). You will meet great people there, no question.

Cons

The pecking order is VERY clear: Sales --> Marketing --> R&D --> Operations --> Everything Else. I was in IT (Everything Else) which is underfunded, under resourced, 55-60 hr weeks were normal, and despite all your efforts it's impossible to deliver. Lots of politics from HQ, and a CIO who is pretty useless, an empty suit who is great at layoffs but is terrible when it comes to grooming a successful, efficient, and operational IT org.
