Pros
The name recognition is great, but the culture just didn't seem to be there. The company didn't really bother to get to know the new employees it inherited with the purchase of the company I was with, even though a good deal of us were top performers.
Cons
Seems like the Stryker sales reps have a horrible pay structure (commission only, no expenses paid, extremely high quotas) by what some told me. A few, who had made big sales even, were barely making ends meet still. Overall, the sale force seemed to suffer from a real lack of vision from upper management and low morale.
