      Pros

      I have all the tools possible to do my job effectively and if there is something I don't have it's not a problem to get it.

      Cons

      Collaboration between business units every unit does their own thing and thinks they are better than ever other unit. While this creates healthy competition, it makes for extra work to redo things that another group may have already done.

      Pros

      Great Company, great products, great people. Can do anything Culture. Great benefits and comp packages.

      Cons

      IT as a service concept has destroyed IT for the companies internal customers. H1B Visa holders have displaced US IT workers that built/ran the systems that grew the company. Most IT work is sent offshore to India now.

      Pros

      Environment was fun Benefits/401k one of the best! Some of the people I worked with was great. I really enjoyed what I did daily.

      Cons

      Salary was extremely low-too low for the cost of living; at least in CA. As some of the people were great, there were a handful of really bad eggs. The company prides itself on its hard interviews but I'm not sure how some of the worst people I've ever had to work with ended up here.
