Decent team atmosphere, ability to work within several departments.

Cons

Incompetent management, supervisors with little to no skill in area working. Horrible pay - temp for a year and then get 3 percent raises yearly after that time. Billion dollar company, yet compensation is not even remotely in the ballpark of fair.
