-Reputed medical technology company and one of the best employer in US -Flexible working environment -Lot of opportunities to learn and grow

Cons

-Very poor leadership in India as compared to other regions. -Recently fired employees for cost reduction. -Slowly structure is becoming very bureaucratic -Good talent is not being utilized properly

If you love working hard and being surrounded by top performers within your field this is the place for you. You will be challenged every day to a level that would be comparable to sr. management for a company in a non regulated market.

Cons

With such a talented candidate pool, your odds of advancing within the company are slim to none. As with many of my colleagues, it was much more beneficial (financially and mentally) to take their experience outside of Stryker. Additionally, you're going to work a minimum of 60hrs a week. This is one of the most respected names in the medical industry, and there is no time for a work life balance.
