I enjoy working at Stryker Neurovascular. My projects are cross functional and challenging. I have the opportunity to improve the patient health, every day.

Pros

Performance-driven. People-centric. Values and promotes diversity of people and thought. Strengths-based focus on development. Continuous Improvement mindset. Decentralization - have autonomy to meet the needs of your Division. Internal relationships - have best friends at work, can leverage to achieve more.

Cons

Archaic processes - very paper based. Benefits are ok. Decentralization - lack of consistency in some areas. Internal relationships - mid-career hires can feel like an outsider but this can be mitigated if the mid-career hire integrates and build relationships quickly, they can succeed.

This is a culture you can really thrive in and grow. It is performance driven and rewards high performers. There is definitely a 'family feel' throughout the divisions and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Cons

Entry compensation should be more competitive.
