Pros

It's a big company so there is growth potential if you can handle and make it in their culture. They have some great perks with 401K matching and annual bonuses.

Cons

They have 40 people doing the job 1 or 2 people would do at a smaller company, and those 40 people can't seem to get a thing done. They have no sense of urgency in regards to anything except getting their reports. Getting answers to benefits issues or anything else that relates to you personally takes forever if you get a reply at all. Your hard work can be praised by numerous people in all various positions, even executive management, and that has no bearing on being able to get hired or to keep your job. If you are not cut throat you will not survive in this company. After seeing how they operate, I am honestly confused as to how they managed to grow to the size that they are. I would have thought that a company this large would have their act together, but they are extremely disorganized, too large to remember what it means to operate efficiently, and very quick to remind you that you are nothing but a number.

Pros

High people focus on development and growth. Great benefits. Wellness program with personal trainers. Huge growth and huge margins equals job security.

Cons

A company that got huge but is still growing out of the 'mom and pop' way of doing business Out of date systems to run business.

Pros

Pay is upper end though not tops. Anyone hired after the sweeping changes of 2012 are decent people. A great place to get experience for your next great job.

Cons

A revolving door in the are I worked in as well as in accounting and warehouse. No work/life balance. There is talk of it and a salary but in private meetings with your manager it is implicit that working whatever hours is required. Rarely people on maternity leave are replaced putting strain on the remaining workers. Most Managers are holdovers from the sweeping changes of 2012 and still live in the past. \there is great confusion to almost the point of fraud on inventories much of it does not exist. .
