      Great product and team attitude

      Pros

      - products are pretty much inspirational, life saving novel technologies - lots of smart people to work with - team attitude when problems arise. No culture of blame - lots of opportunity to get involved improvement projects - leadership team with strong and positive visions

      Cons

      - HR and IT processes can be laborious - can be difficult to get good candidates for contract roles due to the competitive nature of the area as result resourcing can be an issue

      Pros

      Generally good culture, people are valued. Opportunities to move across functional groups and divisions. Certainly done well as one of the top growth companies over the last 30 years.

      Cons

      IT shakeup is causing turmoil, significant turnover. Company struggles with enterprise decisions and direction now that it has reached a large size - still thinks as a small company at times. All in all, though, a good choice.

      Pros

      Stryker offers a strong sales culture with all internal teams aligned to create better products and services for not only it's customers but it's sales teams success.

      Cons

      Because the company is publicly traded it makes new product launches very timely. This makes it frustrating when waiting for new products to sell. Ultimately it's a good thing to know that Stryker runs thorough testing on it's product before launch to ensure product success and positive patient outcomes.
