Stryker is a great place to work where there is always the opportunity to learn new skills and techniques. The management team are very good at getting the best out of each employee and are always providing opportunities for self improvement.

Cons

The Galup personality test for hiring is very thorough and can be quite intimidating, however it would appear to work.
