Pros
The people are absolutely incredible, they push you to be the best you can be, and they never shy away from giving proper recognition! This company is very fast paced and really cares about the personal and professional development of its employees.
Cons
Because Stryker is growing at such a rapid rate, it's easy to get consumed in work because there is always more to do. However, managers do a great job of recognizing when someone needs a little break and encourages to have a healthy work-life balance.
