      Tech Center in India is inundated with favouritism....

      - Good Work - Life balance..plan your work the way you want as long as your deliverables are on time

      Cons

      Managers play total favouritism...will blindly promote people who only talk and not deliver anything No respect for skill and experience...make Gallup strengths a joke Totally insensitive to career path...very very short sighted management Just keep planning and planning with endless meetings and issues...nobody provides the solution Create hype by identifying more and more problems Tech Center has really some out of the world experts in making simplest of the things to most complicated ones Full of morones...management completely blind and only believes in wothless hierarchy

      Pros

      Company has great benefits and lots of opportunity to promote if you are male and willing to relocate to Kalamazoo, MI.

      Cons

      Company is a very male dominated culture where the good ol' boys club exist and promotes heavily from within that club. Company is still very behind the times when it comes to work/life balance. They tell you that working from home is allowed but it is heavily frowned upon.
