Pros

The people are good. They screen everyone according to a personality profile so you all share certain personality traits. If you don't pass the Gallup interview, you won't get hired even with perfect qualifications. Otherwise it is your typical large organization with its share of dysfunction, high points and shortcomings.

Cons

They like to make a big deal about how you can move into other positions in the company unrelated to your current job, but that really depends on what the hiring manager for that position wants. They will slash your job in the name of restructuring and not offer to move you into a new one just like any other company under the sun.
