Pros

Management Benefits Co-Workers Pay Hours Time off Flexibility Everything about this place is amazing I recently started with Stryker and they have been amazing. The use of the Gallup Strengths Finder is probably the best way to ensure employee engagement. I am working on projects that suit my strengths. It is a hard place to get in to, and there is a reason for that. They want performers. This is a great place to work and I consider myself lucky to be here.

Pros

Endless opportunities to try new areas. Fantastic work relationships. Stryker supports a very driven culture and provides many learning experiences which normally are not available to others.

Cons

Stryker is very metrics driven, and tends to not manage competing goals for multiple departments. This can sometimes lean towards struggles on cross functional team. Pretty weak at resource management, they are not afraid to over allocate and expect you to work long hours for long periods of time. This is particularly prevalent in RA/QA.
