- No freedom to present your ideas. Management is autocratic. They dont want to listen to you. If they dont like you, your life would be made hell.
- Wont find very highly intellectual crowd
- HR is not strong at all. There can be cases where the policies can be ignored. Employees can not bank on HR for support at all.
- You can work beyond your responsibilities and still not be recognized or appreciated,
