      Pros

      Strengths based hiring process. Most all employees are contributors. Fun, driven culture. The people are great. Employees are given a good deal of responsibility.

      Cons

      Younger, less experienced management. Not a great amount of opportunity for advancement unless you are willing to move. Very tight with funding, very little investment in training for career advancement.

      Great pay and company culture; eat what you kill; best in class products; great benefits and training; they do a great job refreshing products every few years; Great position for a sales rep-they leave you alone as long as you hit your number

      territory can make or break you; it is hard to find an opening in a territory worth taking over; advancement is difficult as a result
