Pros

Fast paced work environment gives responsibility quickly to anyone who seems capable. High energy environment provides for fun work days and natural work/life balance. Easy to make friends who you hangout with out of work Constant flow of fun events and activities High performance culture keeps you on your toes Positive reinforcement encourages continued efforts

Cons

High turnover in key positions results in "blind leading the blind" Management doesn't focus on the root cause of continued operational issues Out-dated internal controls/technology hinder daily operational needs ill-equipped teams to propel company forward.

Pros

Work life balance, day to day flexibility, friendly co-workes, and good benefits.

Cons

Salary is below industry standards, managers driven by Q-12, very political environment, and very political.

Pros

This is the only "diversified" division of Stryker with a sales force made up of 50% or more of women but not the true definition of diversity.

Cons

Be prepared for a daily onslaught of challenges that include production issues in every franchise, end users complaints, customer service fails, and order fulfillment fails. Management that takes a passenger seat and may actually take steps to ensure that you fail if you don't fit their mold. Managers function as bosses and are inept at managing people properly. Some named "untouchable" and serve no actual function as it relates to your business. Perceived as a joke/garbage collectors by other divisional counterparts. You'll be selling yesterday's technology, up to 2 generations old in some cases, for a limited time only. "New" or additional products take forever and almost always are delayed by several months or indefinitely. If a soul sucking, life draining, insufferable and intolerant work environment is right for you, please apply today!
